An easy to make, healthy banana bread made with coconut flour, no butter or refined sugar added! A fun and delicious way to use coconut flour!
INGREDIENTS
- 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 1/4 cups mashed banana)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
