Chocolate Cake Extreme

This Chocolate Cake Extreme is for the ultimate Chocolate Lovers!! Three layers of dark chocolate cake with dark chocolate frosting and topped with chocolate sauce and mini chocolate chips!

INGREDIENTS

For the cake:

• 1 1/2 cups almond milk {or regular milk} + 1 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
• 1/2 cup DARK cocoa powder, sifted
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• heaping 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• pinch of salt

For the frosting:

• 1/2 cup softened butter
• 1/2 cup DARK cocoa powder, sifted
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3-4 tablespoons milk

For garnish:

• 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, such as Hershey's
• 1-2 cups mini chocolate chips
