Quick and Easy Cheeseburger Bake Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

• 8ct Pillsbury refrigerator biscuits
• ½ lb Seasoned/Cooked ground beef
• 1 Cup shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a baking dish with cooking spray (I used a small 8x6" pan but you can use a larger pan to fit all 8 biscuits)
2. Open your can of biscuits, carefully separate each one in half, and line the pan with the bottom half of each biscuit.
3. Evenly spread your warm ground beef over top of the biscuits.
4. Sprinkle your cheese evenly over the ground beef.
5. Place the top half of each biscuit onto the cheese and bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top of the biscuits are golden brown.
6. Slice and enjoy with a little ketchup and mustard.
